Refund Policy | Jamtech Solutions

This Policy applies to Jamtech Solutions platforms including without limitation App (Jamtech Solutions) and other related App/s, mobile applications, and other online features (each an “App/s”). We've provided extensive information for you to review the packages before choosing to subscribe to our services. We, being the service providers for content available through the App, expect you to review the packages of your choice. Unfortunately, all fees to Jamtech Solutions for such services are non-refundable. In case of a technical glitch during the online transaction where the transaction does not occur, the amount in the process of transfer will automatically be credited back to your bank account through the Payment Gateway.

CHARGEBACKS

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a Mastercard company or bank, your service and/or subscription will be suspended without notice. Applicable chargeback fees will be issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company. Additionally, any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored.

Instead of issuing a chargeback, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening any dispute for a legitimate charge from us is considered fraud and is not an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.

If refund is approved the amount will be credited to original payment method in 5-7 working days
